Privacy policy

This policy describes how Apodeixa handles information from this website, our email waitlist, and messages you send us. Apodeixa Agent is an upcoming Mac desktop app for building and testing trading ideas. We will update this policy with app-specific data practices before the app becomes available.

When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address and a source label that tells us which form you used, such as the features page. We use this information to manage the waitlist, send launch and early-access updates, and understand where signups come from. Joining is optional and does not create a paid subscription.

If you email us, we receive your email address, your message, and any information you choose to include. We use it to reply and handle your request. Please do not send passwords, AI sign-in credentials, or financial account information.

Our hosting and service providers may process technical request information, such as an IP address and browser details, to deliver and protect their services.

Waitlist submissions are sent to Google Apps Script, a Google service, for processing. Google therefore receives the email address and source label you submit, along with technical information associated with the request. Website hosting and email providers also process information needed to operate the website and respond to messages.

Service providers may process information in countries other than your own, where privacy laws may differ. Their handling of information is also subject to their own privacy policies. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information where required by law.

The website currently includes no advertising trackers or analytics tools. Links to social platforms and other external websites take you to services with their own privacy practices. Submitting a waitlist form also sends a request to Google; that service may process technical information under its own policies.

Apodeixa Agent is designed to work with your own AI sign-in. This website’s waitlist does not ask for AI credentials, trading strategies, chart data, or brokerage access. Before app access is offered, we will explain what app information is stored, what is sent to AI and other providers, and the choices available to you. Your AI provider’s own terms and privacy policy will also apply when you use its service.

We keep waitlist and correspondence information only as long as needed for the purposes described here, including handling your requests, or as required by law. You can ask to leave the waitlist and request deletion at any time.

We use reasonable safeguards for the information we handle. No online transmission or storage method is completely secure.

You can ask to stop receiving waitlist emails, access or correct your information, or request deletion by emailing hello@apodeixa.com. Write from the address you used to sign up so we can verify your request. We may need additional information to verify identity, and legal obligations may limit what we can delete. Your other privacy rights depend on where you live.

We will update the date above when this policy changes. If we propose a new use of personal information, we will provide notice and seek consent where required.
